The front desk was always there to accommodate us. Every time we needed towels or room service, it felt like they genuinely cared. Plus, the kids totally loved the pool every day, perfect way to unwind!

This place was just a fitting option for a cursory stop in Opelika with good value for cost. Check-in staff were friendly and helped us get settled quickly even after a mix-up with our room.

Hampton Inn in Opelika had a mixed experience for me. Sherrylynn at the front desk made a strong positive impression. She ensured we got a room cleaning on a day we hadn't expected and provided fresh towels when we needed them. The breakfast buffet had a variety of choices. However, the housekeeping was inconsistent. It didn’t come every day as listed, which was frustrating during our four nights. The rooms could use better maintenance. There was an issue with the shower head that never got fixed, making it difficult for my family member who needed accessible features. The hallways felt hot, and I struggled with the room temperature controls. Overall, I believe the hotel has some potential but really needs to improve on the housekeeping schedule and room maintenance to make stays more pleasant.

This hotel suits me perfectly with great amenities like free parking, a fitness center, and 24-hour reception. I'll always remember how the staff returned my forgotten hairbrush during my first stay. Highly recommend it for a comfortable visit. I’m coming back for Easter!

Overall, we had a pleasant family stay! The coffee in the lobby was always a perk. However, the breakfast fruit could use some freshness, and daily housekeeping fell short. Make sure to check in regarding housekeeping upon arrival.
